The world’s 3rd most polluted country, Indonesia (which is where I am now), may get a little congratulation now. In the middle of its poor condition of education, a new innovation was born in Bali to support Indonesian’s education, culture, and heritage.
The Green School’s name is Kul Kul Campus, located on Sibang Kaja Village (30km from Denpasar). This eco-friendly unique school is leaded by John Hardy, a success jewelry designer and businessman.
This amazing school is the only school in the world where the building’s walls were made using bamboo plants. Its air cooling system is not using AC anymore, but now by using a big windmill through an underground cave. Moreover, Kul Kul Campus uses biogas electricity made of animal’s dirt! They have their own area for farming, animal breeding, and shrimp embankment.
